📦 Returns Policy
At Swift Buyers, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.
🕒 Return Window
You may return items within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Note: This policy applies to both retail and wholesale orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
🛍️ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Items must be returned to us within the return period stated above.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Perishable or hygienic products (e.g., cosmetics, face masks) unless damaged or defective on arrival.
🚚 Return Process
- Contact us at wholesale@swiftbuyers.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if item is damaged).
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide.
- After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or sent in error.
💸 Refunds
Refunds will be processed:
- Within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- To the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
📢 Important Notices
- ANY SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.
- Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase (E. & O. E. – Errors and Omissions Excepted).
- We take no responsibility for damage sustained during postal or courier transit. Please contact the carrier for such claims.
