🚚 Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from within the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS (if provided).

- Carrier Responsibility:
We take no responsibility for damage sustained during transit or delivery by postal or courier services. - Ownership of Goods:
Goods remain the property of Swift Buyers until full and final payment has been received and cleared. - VAT on Export Orders:
VAT will be charged on all export orders unless a valid VAT number is provided at the time of purchase. - Damages & Shortages:
Any shortages or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Claims made after this time will not be accepted. - Refunds:
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only. (Errors and Omissions Excepted – E. & O. E)
